Real Feedback, Real Impact
“I confirm that it was a truly amazing EENA Conference, full of quality networking and numerous delegations. Already in Valencia I had noticed a positive trend, compared to the first post-Covid editions, but in Helsinki I think expectations were exceeded. And I also speak consciously after having chatted with other exhibitors or partners there. I sincerely hope that this trend can continue, both for you who devote endless energy and for us who try to give visibility of our work and domain expertise. Let’s aim for another excellent EENA Conference next year (or events this year).''

“Overall, I truly appreciated the opportunity to take part in the EENA Conference. It was a fantastic occasion to get a closer look at the incredible work EENA is doing and to better understand the broader ecosystem of emergency communications in Europe. "
“I found the conference very interesting! Both the presentations, which have shown me insights in topics I did not yet master and insights in implementations by other countries, as well as all the social evenings. To me, the conference was a great mix and an excellent opportunity for networking. Thanks in no small part to the excellent vibes of you and other EENA-organizers 😊 ''
“I liked being able to see more of the conference than in previous years, even though it felt very strange not to have a stand or colleagues this time. And yes, Helsinki seemed like a very interesting city to me, and its people – top-notch.”
''It was a pleasure to take part in the conference this year and to see the whole EENA team again. As always, you all organized an event worthy of your reputation for excellence. I’m glad that my presentation contributed to the goals of the conference. I hope to be able to attend again next year.''
"The opportunity offered by EENA to be part of this great event and to present our work and experiences is very valuable and very important for us. Also, all the activities during the event were very interesting and well organized and gave us the opportunity to learn a lot and have a great time, and this was possible thanks to EENA's efforts and involvement.”
“The event went very well for us – we had some excellent conversations and had the opportunity to listen to a significant number of sessions. I thought that the event went very smoothly and I hope that it was good for you and EENA, I’m very glad we were able to make it.”
''The conference, as always, was fantastic. This year, we continued to strengthen our relationships with certain suppliers, discovered new products, and made new connections. You know well that we never miss an opportunity to meet new people and explore different ways of working, to equip ourselves and move in the right direction.''
''It was a pleasure to see you there and to catch up on where everyone stands. I also feel that there is beginning to be a real awareness of what AI can (or cannot) actually do today in this context. It’s very interesting. Thank you for organizing such events!''
“It was very interesting for us too, we saw lots of people and we’re in the process of planning many follow-up calls!”
“Just wanted to say a BIG congrats for an excellent EENA-conference – as always! I really enjoyed it; very organized and well planned. ''
“It was truly a great experience to be part of the event in Helsinki. We really had the opportunity to connect with many interesting professionals.”
“We enjoyed the conference. We made many good contacts, spotted interesting companies, good presentations especially to topics like RTT, NG112, localization of emergency calls and all the AI topics. Also the insight on the Finnish emergency call setup was very helpful. Thanks to meeting some of our contacts here, I was able to upgrade the presentation for the following week when they visited us.''
"I had such a great time at the conference, many interesting sessions and new connections, also the organization of the event was just perfect! It's been a pleasure and an honour to be among the speakers, I do really hope my presentation was interesting for the audience, I really enjoyed my time indeed. Time to start to think about some innovation to present @ EENA Conference 2026!! Thank you and thank all EENA's staff, you guys rock.”
“As always, the conference has been giving and it was a pleasure to meet everybody from our network. I got the sense that companies from Denmark were very positive about the event, at least the few I’ve talk to, we felt that there was more time for demonstrations and discussion than before.''
“I really appreciate that you guys really manage to get the international exchange/participation going – beyond Europe/US!”
"Regarding EENA Helsinki was it really good and interesting for me, including the networking that I had the chance to do. I want to thank you, all, for the nice ceremony that you had put together. It was a great surprise and it means a lot for all of us. .”
"We were very excited to be able to participate, the conference is extremely relevant for the emergency response in our country, so I expect that there will be more of us at the conference in Riga in April 2026”
''There are not enough words to express the gratitude I feel for having had the opportunity to attend this year’s EENA 112 Conference and meeting such incredible individuals who work tirelessly to make the world a safer place. Every single moment was an absolute pleasure — and to top it all off, we even won the quiz with a fantastic team!
A big thank you as well to our Finnish hosts and to everyone who contributed to making the event so special.''
“Thanks all for an excellent, insightful and enjoyable event. The private conversations were productive and the conference content was engaging and relevant. I also thought Helsinki was a great venue. It seemed there was a particularly good distribution of attendees this year – whether or not there was better distribution of representatives from different countries vs previous year, I’m not sure, but it felt healthy. Representation from the Middle East and more of a bridge to the US on this occasion, which I think is healthy, given the size of the market and the amount of innovation. The EENA team are always so welcoming and we’re always grateful for that. I hope it was a success for you all and I look forward to the conference next year, as well as being in touch in the meantime.”
The EENA2025 conference remains an unparalleled source of knowledge, inspiration, and valuable connections. It’s impressive to see how experts from around the world confront the challenges of crises and develop solutions together.
One particularly moving story was ForSama, told by Dr. Zahed Katurji (Hamza Alkateab) and Waad Alkateab. Their dedication to helping others during the siege of Aleppo – despite the danger to their own lives and those of their children – deeply moved me. To stand up to the overwhelming inhumanity and fight for their values, rights, and lives is truly extraordinary.
Their courage forces me to reflect on our own “life of prosperity.” Would we be able to summon the same strength if we had the option to simply walk away? From a safe distance, it’s easy to look away – after all, it only affects “the others.” We can just change the TV channel and turn away.
But the reality remains: inhumanity doesn’t disappear. It moves on – from one place to the next – until one day it stands at our own doorstep.
Let’s not look away. Let’s act.
