As a member, you can register using the registration form below.
You are considered an EENA member only if:
You are an employee of an organisation with a renewed EENA membership for 2026 or newly joined in 2026, or
You hold an individual EENA membership
You can apply from individual membership if you are staff of the following services:
Members can register using the member rate.
Employees of private companies that are not members of EENA are required to pay a non-member admission fee. Requests for participation must be submitted to [email protected].
Emergency services’ or public authorities’ staff, researchers, employees from NGOs that are not member of EENA can benefit from the members’ rate by joining EENA as member free of charge: they should contact [email protected] to do so.
Registration and payment
There are two types of tickets you can purchase – with the social event included together with the ticket to the Conference and Exhibition or only access to the Conference and Exhibition without the pass to the social event.
To benefit from the early bird price, payment must be completed before
31 January 2026. Participants are advised to check their email regularly, including spam folders, for updates and further instructions.
Registrations must be confirmed by completing the payment within 10 days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the registration will be cancelled.
A surcharge of 50 € will apply for on-site registration.
Registrations are confirmed only once participation has been approved by the EENA Events Team and the corresponding registration fee has been paid.
Please note
Registrations are reviewed on a regular basis. Confirmation emails will be sent to potential participants who do not qualify for free-of-charge admission.
Registration for sponsors, exhibitors and speakers
All sponsors, exhibitors, and confirmed speakers must complete the registration form below.
Speakers: Registration fees still apply unless otherwise communicated by the EENA team.
Sponsors & Exhibitors: Your organisation may have access to a limited number of complimentary passes included in your sponsorship/exhibitor package. These can be redeemed using the access code provided by EENA. Any additional passes beyond your allocated quota are subject to the standard registration fee.
Others
Partnering associations of EENA, media partners, and EU officials are not required to be EENA members. They are eligible to register via the members’ registration form and benefit from the members’ rate, unless otherwise indicated by EENA staff.
Pre-conference workshops
Please note, pre-conference workshops may take place on 14 April, the day before the event. Please pay attention to our regular programme updates and bear this in mind when planning your travel arrangements.

Registration fee includes
The early-bird fee applies only if:
a) the registration form is submitted, and
b) payment is completed by 31 January 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Registrations without payment by this deadline will automatically be reissued at the regular price.
The regular fee applies only if:
a) the registration form is submitted, and
b) payment is completed between 1 February and 29 March 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Registrations without payment by this deadline will automatically be reissued at the Late price.
The Late fee applies only if:
a) the registration form is submitted, and
b) payment is completed between 30 March and 13 April 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Registrations without payment by this deadline will automatically be blocked and the on-site registration fees will apply.
